Letting go of the summer , letting go of the old patterns in my life, letting go of the the old me.  Fall encourages me to move ahead with faith in my heart.  This year the Angels and Star Federation of Lights beings have prepared me well for allowing  changes to flow into my life without the resistance of my ego holding on to yesterday.    This year I asked and I have received.

I remember reading that “the spirit is willing , but the flesh is weak”  , and  I reflect on this statement today.  I believe that the spirit is willing to flow with changes in life, to adapt to new circumstances with ease.  It is the fleshy ego mind that clings helplessly to the past, creating anguish in our hearts and torment in our minds.

I have spoken many times about the essence of faith , and how it allows the natural flow of the spirit to accomplish it’s mission here in this world.  When we constantly resist, living in nostalgic interactions of the past, we inhibit the flow, and find ourselves restricted and unhappy.

The way is so very clear, and the help is available in an instant.  The spirit is willing, the Angels are here, so go ahead and let go .  Trust in faith that the dreams you have asked for will come true if only you ask.

I am so grateful for the Angels and their kind work with the long distance energy sending to Japan.  Every morning from 7am until 10am, and evening from 6pm until 10pm  many of my Soul*Star students in the US and Canada and I have been sending energy transmissions to the requests in Japan.

As you may know, I work in the US, Canada and  Japan with the Angels teaching an energy system called the Soul*Star.  The system uses your soul’s energy along with mental imagery to help yourself and others.  The Angels guide and support you. The angels and other worldly beings are celebrating the beginning stage in the worldwide system.  Next Fall many Soul*Star teachers will graduate in Japan , leading the eastern sector of the Soul*Star system.  Soon many branches will begin in Europe and other parts of the US as well.   The Teacher level trainings will continue in Hawaii.
