This message is for everyone who attended the Soul*Star level 1 workshop last weekend. You should receive your certificate and cd in the mail over the next 1-2 days. The Cd is easy to follow and will help you to transcend the chakra system and enter into the new frequencies. I thought I would post a note about how to follow the cd in case you have any questions.
There are 8 frequencies on the cd #1. You will hear them in this order :
1.Harmonic frequency to enhance the Soul*Star the solar plexus chakra.
2.Violet flame frequency for the Soul*Star’s travel to the great central sun ( solar plexus) , DNA awakening , and Karmic release. ( solar plexus)
3. Heart chakra
4.Throat chakra
5. 3rd eye chakra
6.Crown chakra
7. Abdominal chakra
8.Root chakra
